If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time(45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve receive you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.

Once your parcel has arrived in your country, standard shipping parcels will be passed on to the internal postal service, according to standard delivery procedures.
Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours). You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1 - 4 days for the tracking information to show. All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers above in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you need it for a special occasion please allow us reasonable time to process the order. First of all, we wish to provide best prices for our customers and remove the likelyhood of our clients having to pay extra taxes when products arrive to destination countries. This naturally means that shipments take a little longer, but that allows us to maintain a budget price-point for our products. Furthermore, as we have acquired fresh certifications and partnerships with shipping companies and postal services, we need to reach a certain threshold of orders for three months in a row in order to establish an express business setup with them. Therefore, currently shipments take a little longer, but it is something that will be greatly enhanced in the following months as our partnerships grow. Lastly, certain countries take more time for deliveries due to strict customs regulations and checks, meaning that item processing takes longer - this is controlled by your country and not by us, so please maintain patience.
