Q. What is your returns policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for some reason you are not and you wish to return your purchase, you’ll need to create a return by clicking the following link.

Q. How long after placing my order should I expect to receive my shipment?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 48/72  hours (considering weekends and Holidays) of the order being placed. Purchases shipped anywhere in the continental United States will arrive within 1 to 3 weeks from the order date. Orders being shipped outside of the United States generally arrive within 3-4 weeks of the order date.

Q. What are your payment options?

We accept three types of major credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express) as well as Apple Pay and Paypal.

Q. Why are my shipping details not available?

Tracking information will always be added to an order and so may take between 48 to 72 hours to be processed and appear in the tracking database.

Q. The tracking number you gave has no available information.

Processing times vary from region to region and country to country, during Holidays etc and so may take a few days to be updated with accurate package information.
